The Pavilions
Straw pavilions at Dietrichhof
Inside our old barn, we have created four ecological pavilions made of straw, wood and clay.
Four pavilions, four individual characters – and one shared idea: special retreats for your time away.
Our pavilions are open-plan studio apartments combining natural materials with contemporary comfort. Depending on the pavilion, they offer plenty of space for two to three people.
The four pavilions are dedicated to the elements Earth, Fire, Water and Air and differ in size, architecture and design.
Large windows open up views of the surrounding mountains, the Dolomites and the Villnöss Geisler peaks.
Peace, silence and the starry sky are all part of your stay with us.

A good breakfast for a good start
Breakfast
A slow morning. Best enjoyed wherever you feel most at home.
A good holiday day is allowed to begin slowly.
You can choose how you would like to have breakfast: with our breakfast basket delivered directly to your pavilion, in the guest room or simply with our bread roll service.
Our breakfast basket delivered directly to your pavilion is particularly special: between 8:00 and 8:30 am, we bring the basket directly to your pavilion.
Fresh coffee from us, open the door, take in the mountain views and simply ease into the day.
In the guest room, we serve a varied breakfast between 8:00 and 9:30 am, featuring regional and farm-made specialities.
Depending on the season and availability, this includes different coffees and teas, freshly milked milk, homemade syrup or juice, various homemade breads and delicious cakes, as well as bread from the local Sellemond bakery.
You will also find homemade fruit spreads, yoghurt, herb curd, muesli and grains, nuts, dried fruit, eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables from the farm.
We source butter, cheese and honey from neighbouring farms or our local dairy.
On Sundays, we offer exclusively our breakfast basket. This is our own family day, so we take a little time for our family – and bring your breakfast basket directly to your pavilion instead.
Our farm products are offered according to season and availability.
Many of our farm-made products are also available in our small farm shop corner in the lounge – so you can take a little piece of Dietrichhof home with you.

Challenging bike adventure
E-Bike-Rental
At the moment, we do not rent e-bikes directly from the farm. We can recommend a bike or e-bike hire in Klausen or Brixen.
