Prices & stay

Prices are per pavilion and night based on an occupancy of two people.

From 2027, Dietrichhof is Adults Only for guests aged 14 and over.

Minimum stays depend on the season and period. Shorter stays may be possible on request with a short-stay surcharge.
Current prices and minimum stays can be found directly when making your booking enquiry.

Local tourist tax

The local tourist tax is €2.40 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over and is charged in addition to the accommodation price.
The revenue from the tourist tax is used to develop and maintain local infrastructure and services.

Important information

  • All our pavilions are non-smoking accommodation.
  • Unfortunately, pets are not permitted, as our pavilions are built according to ecological building principles and are suitable for allergy-sensitive guests.

The holiday flats can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Should you arrive after 19:00, please let us know.

We ask you to leave the holiday flats by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure to enable other guests to arrive smoothly.

The flats are rented all year round.

Cancellation conditions:

We are sure that you are really looking forward to your holiday. However, should an unforeseen event put a spanner in the works, the following applies:

You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival.
From 60 days to 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee.
Within the last 30 days before arrival or in the event of early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.

Please note: The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. If the guest does not turn up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the fee for the entire booking period must be paid in full.

The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer or on site. Only cash payments up to a total amount of €4,999.99 are accepted. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit and debit cards.
